3 Questions to Ask About Money & Finances

Video Transcript

My name's Robert Bonavito, New Jersey Forensic Accountant. This video is part of a series of videos where I discuss forensic accounting topics for educational purposes only.

Today, we're going to talk about three questions you should ask about your money: how you want to save it, how you want to invest it, and how you want to protect it.

How do you want to save it? Do you want to save it monthly? Do you want a certain amount of money taken out of your pay? Simple things you should ask yourself.

How do you want to invest it? Do you want to invest it aggressively? Do you want to conservatively? Do you want to just put it in a bank? Do you want to invest in the stock market? What's going make you sleep best at night?

And how to protect it? If you don't want any risk, well, then you want to have a very conservative investment, maybe only invest in U.S. treasuries.

These are three basic questions everybody should ask about their money. If you have any questions on this video, feel free to give me a call.
